Hello All,
3 weeks ago I sent a letter to HR in Sheffield to request for a P45 form replacement that I lost and since then, I have not yet received a letter back from them despite that they have signed and accepted the letter.
Past few days I've been trying to get through to Royal Mail HR via phone. And I've directed myself to pay enquiries but the voice machine just states that they "are not accepting any calls" which is frustrating at this point.
Anybody have some advice as to what to do next at this point?
Kind Regards
