Well maybe not duress but I didn’t fancy it. Went in because everyone else was and there was no official line from the union saying to take it off. Would have been hassled by management all day too.

I lost nothing last week. It's annoying this isn't uniform across the company. They did however back pay some, as they managed to take a full timers % of my salary off me last week despite only being part time.
