The current pay for all COMs works on Min £40,000 a midpoint of £44,000 and a maximum of £47,000. Whilst all COMs start on the minimum point of £40,000 there is also another factor that early shift payments do not apply, defined area supplement does not apply although there is an allowance for London only.

Absolute fkin joke wages. Some units have 5 or 6 COMs. Thirty odd staff each, total money for nothing. No USO targets to hit, thousands of items stood down or left in daily, tragic state of affairs
