Re: Expect something nice tomorrow
I doubt they will be landing everywhere tomorrow with lots of offices failing and only delivering tracked and specials. So, unless they are coming out tracked 24 we won't see them anytime soon.

It's got to the point now where I just RTS as "REFUSED" anything that comes through from RM's HR department, it's only Company Propaganda! IMO it's bloody cheeky to use your own system/staff to deliver it!
Glad to get the heads up on here because sometimes I'll end up hanging on to it for a day or two (until someone tells me what's in the letter) .... just in case it's my FREE Shares from Simon.

Re: Expect something nice tomorrow
So - literally hours after they pay out hundreds of millions in dividends - we get a letter from Royal Mail pleading poverty?

Re: Expect something nice tomorrow
Can someone explain how reducing sick pay, ditching allowances, and forcing us to work unpaid overtime on a manager's whim helps us "optimise the business for parcels rather than letters"?
Because it looks like a straightforward attack on workers rights to me.
