Just read my local news that the carrier Esken will be terminating its flights of Amazon freight from mid September,, going to all go by road now.
As a postie in the mail centre I'm pretty sure that will mean later starts will come in now,,regardless of what will be negotiated nationally,,,we're all f#@ked

Amazon stuff going via RM is a 3-5 day estimate, rather than next day. TBH they've really cut the next day stuff down because if it's late you can get a refund

I’ve noticed that to with prime. Last few deliveries we ordered took over two days. I think this free next day delivery is dying off.Kenfandango wrote: ↑01 Sep 2022, 19:19Amazon stuff going via RM is a 3-5 day estimate, rather than next day. Amazons delivery time is all worked out on which is the nearest warehouse to u that has that item. They are now also offering a next day before 1pm service.

I doubt we would see very much of that work in a RM MC anyway.Yumyum wrote: ↑01 Sep 2022, 12:51Just read my local news that the carrier Esken will be terminating its flights of Amazon freight from mid September,, going to all go by road now.
