Chairman's awards for excellence

Post by Broxi51 »

Sorry if someone has already came up with this.
I received a form to nominate someone or some people who have made a difference.
I voted for the Burslem delivery staff who stood up against bullying and showed true
courage. Every postie should be voting for them because they DID make a difference.

absolutely correct , RM 's Senior Managers and Board will love that . Don't think RM would print that in The Courier . They'd win The Aerial Sharon Award for Industrial Relations trying to turn the clock back 80-100 years though .Plenty of these should be handed out to their Area Managers ?

Burslem gets my vote after there persuit of fairness against the tyrants (r.m) and standing fast against the onslaught of inept managers sent there to weaken the resolve of our 'upstanding members' :Applause :Applause

Bugger - I threw mine in the bin - but what a good idea = if we could get everyne to vote on the lines "Group" showed solidarity in the face of extreme provocation and eventually overcame their difficulty.

Those at Burslem gave so much more than that. It is the least I can do for them.

Great idea, Broxi51. :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause Like a few of the others, I binned mine straight away. I think it's retrievable and if so,
will send it off endorsing our fantastic colleagues at Burslem.

Or nominate the Burslem manager for giving his staff good cause to prove that they're a force to be reckoned with that won't be beaten ! Old Street probably wouldn't know whether it was a serious nomination or not.
