Can anyone recall when job adverts changed from Monday - Saturday to
Monday - Sunday?
I can't find this info and am trying to work out which 'newbies', over the past year, are actually liable to work Sundays. Cheers.

Must depend on the office, looking at the adverts on ow most are monday to saturday, 5 out of 6, saw one tuesday to sunday, and Newbury are doing 6 days a week for 6 weeks then a week off. What's that one about?

Didn't see any mon to sun adverts but got bored looking after a few tbh.

The contracts were different for anyone employed from 1st January 2021 I believe.

Telegrams 3 Sun Duties 9am - 11am
Postman / Driver Sun Duty 2pm - 7pm , Collections / OPS / Despatches
PHG Normaly 2pm - 7PM , OPS / Roads / Despatches

I started in 1995 and I've never been on royal mail property on a Sunday not once lol

I would only ever work a Sunday, if I knew for certain that dipstick, Simon Thompson, was doing as little as he normally does in his office, too.

On second thoughts, scrap that, I wouldn’t be seen dead pushing a HCT through London’s shitty streets on a Sunday, even if that moron did every Sunday, himself.
