No ideas for a compromise. This is meant to be a pay RISE ffs! Fed up of people spouting s**t about 'give and take'. We've given our hard work in the past 2 years, aswell as a cost of living crisis, now lets get something for it!

It just goes to show how propaganda works people are already willing subconsciously to give up some terms and we haven't even striked yet or even given a date for the terms and conditions.

It depends how you view it. If they want Sunday working, they are going to have to trade it for whole weekends. Bit I’d say working 1 weekend in 4 is way better than what we have now for example.

Instead of the current Sunday plans, RM apply to adapt the USO for Saturdays to include Sundays for mail over both them days, then have each of us working 1 full weekend in 3.

I don’t see how that’s anywhere near a compromise?!

Majority of us: We don’t want to work any Sundays at all, working Saturdays is bad enough.
