When are the T&C’s strike days being announced? Is there anywhere we can read what the unions are doing? Feel like we’re being kept in the dark…… :hmmmm
I agree why not go postal and announce two weeks before Christmas

Those at the top really don’t seem to care at all. I’m actually genuinely thinking of finding a new job because I don’t want to work for such a company. Awful, awful tactics.

There are very few company bosses that care about the workers.

Simon is setting it up to split parcels from letters then go running to his tory friends to take back the letter side of RM.

Forgive my ignorance but not quite understanding what the purpose/incentive behind the bonus payment is?

Genuine question - as we’re dispute I’m guessing the strikes can go on indefinitely/until a resolution?

We should definitely be considering heavy industrial action during our busiest period coming up. This Friday and next Wednesday are not optimal times imo.

Its to entice managers to work through every single strike in the future they don't get it if they won't cross every single strike.

It ensures most cross the picket line but they can still attend and get the bonus without agreeing to do our work

It doesnt specifically say they cannot refuse to deliver mail and/or packets
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

This has been going on from the start of the year and the members are basically asking for strikes ASAP,you have to start somewhere the union picked the bank Holiday.

Thanks, just assumed all managers would be attending work on our strikes days anyway, so what a monumental waste of funds that could hae gone towards resolving our pay claim. Well in Si
