Just wondering what they did seen as we are the ones losing money still in my office Mondays and Tuesdays have been very quiet people getting done 2 hours early and still coming in for free I don't see how royal mail will offer us anything if they look at pda data

I'm surprised that people are finishing that early. Not wishing to start an us v them argument, but if your DO is finishing that early then perhaps those are the types of DOs that RM's trying to target with some of their proposed changes.

Even through this period of supposedly "VERY LIGHT" mail my DO is still fairly busy. Most are just finishing at what should be their contracted times, or going over a bit. I'm still booking between 1-4 hours Pressure a week with Lapsing.

I'm sure it's got a lot to do with demographics. I always get shite loads of expensive clothing catalogues even if there's not a lot of letters. Combine that with Radio Times, RSPB Mags, National Trust Mags, Caravanning Mags, Gardening Mags, Motoring Mags! It keeps me busy.
