Sunday Duty or OT in MCs only gets a little more than weekday hourly rate. It's more than 10 years since I did it but it was only about 30p per hour more then, though it was called 'double time' as it may have been some time in distant history. If RM is proposing to make it part of the 'normal weekly hours' they won't be paying a big premium for hours on a Sunday, just as they don't for Saturdays.
