The CWU is a democracy comprised of its workers. That's us.

Royal Mail exists to enrich its super wealthy stakeholders and wierdo CEO at our expense.

Choose your side.

Will agency workers have log ins for the PDA's if they use ours which is against Royal mails own rules, you could argue that you were at work should they stop your pay?

A good few posties use temp logins for the PDAs anyway, even if there was no strikes

They’re not thinking clearly - you want your day off as a non-strike day so that it counts as overtime and goes towards your holiday pay total 😉

??

So you have a normal (non-strike) working day off, and because you're legally striking (on the Friday) you also lose a days pay?
Sorry I must be being thick, how does that gain you OT (towards your holiday pay)?

All reserves have next Friday as their day off at my DO. I'd rather be put in to work it and make a stand.

I don't get this, you must have really good managers who want to keep the staff happy and ensure all the mail
is cleared before the strike but that must be a high risk strategy for them if their senior managers find out!!
Or what favours are they (managers) after post strike?

Exactly. something not quite right here. vote to strike, but do a deal to not lose money.

He’s talking about working his day off, must be so normal to him that it goes without saying
