Got the first ballot without issue, didn't receive the second, chased it with rep who promised to sort it out and still nothing arrived.

Yes, can anything be done about this attention seeking halfwit?
Agreed. I’m all for listening to others reasons and having a healthy balanced debate but he’s clearly trolling now. It’s the reason I’m not in any of the Facebook groups - I’d hate for this forum to go the same way because of one twit.
Trolling or not I’d hate to see him/her censored.

anyone's DO scheduling all reserves days off as the strike days?
No duty rostas have remained unchanged. It wouldn't make sense to change all Reserves Day Off to the Strike Day as RM would then have to pay them. Admitedly they would be available to help clear up the mess afterwards but I think RM would rather save the money. :cuppa

Hi

Im sorry you feel that way.

Is so hard to believe that some people arent that bothered about the proposed changes? The ones not striking in my office asked the question would you still apply for the job under the conditions if you didnt already work here?, and looking at the other jobs with a similar skillset( ie not trained and only basic gcse qualifications) and compairing it to the pay on offer it was still marginally better than the alternatives.

With due respect, im not the one screaming and shouting at one person and trying to get them banned because i dont agree with their point of view. Id much prefer a sensible discussion about it.

Anyway, ill leave you to it but keep you updated with news from my camp. I honestly think there is going to be some form of middle ground, but striking wont achieve it.

So if we weren't to propose/take IA do you seriously think RM would take a couple of steps back
to meet in the middle ground or would they just be popping the champers in the boardroom
having forced every change through whilst slapping each other on the back - 'Job done Team!'?

I think if both parties actually got in a room instead of blaming each other it would be a start.

Ohh ffs don't try to play the victim card, I might throw up.
You haven't had a sensible anything, you've just spammed every thread that mentions the word strike with the same old s**t for months.

You're getting in the way of sensible discussion not engaging in it.

Ah, great, I think I'll do that. As for the latest drivel the ignorant troll has typically inarticulatey expressed, I think s/he has proved everyone's point. How about after every 'comment' someone posts a completely unrelated message and starts a different discussion? Narcissistic trolls wither when there's no reaction.

It doesn't.
The fact that you keep telling us over and over and over about it does.

I'm not sure what you're trying to do or why you won't address the fact that you've made hundreds of similar posts over the last few days but it's not engaging in discussion or simply promoting an alternative viewpoint. It's just trolling.

Is it a sexual thing?
Just asking.
