There are a lot of details I'd like to know about how my office is run, whether my manager is happy in his job, what his plans are for his future career etc.. I think I'll prepare a list of questions in case I get offered a chance to chat to him. :Very Happy
A nice idea, but do you really think you might get any honest answers ?

I can't wait for my 1-2-1. First I'll say I hope you've got part of my walk covered today if I'm to do this crap then I'll lay in to him about lapsing hours to boost his own bonus, georoute call rates which have been lowered to 82% coverage now, seems like we have all got less and less mail to take now, some part timers coming in 2 hours early working for nothing and finishing way before their time that he must not ask any full timer to cover part of duties while this is going on otherwise it would be discrimination....the list goes on

Happy New Year

It doesn't matter whether the answers are honest or not. I'm good at reading between the lines

Yipee lets all participate in the corporate, make your manager a million game.Have your say, shut it you misfit;one to one, sorry you are not a team player.
Let me pause for reflection for a second. Hmmm second thoughts ,think i'll give them a miss, might turn out like PO closure or pension REFORM consultation
