Over a thousand voted NO!! I know people have the right to vote how they please but its mind boggling to think that these people are ready to accept whatever RM are trying to do to them and their rights!!!!!!!!!!!

Great result!

So do this mean more strike dates to be announced?

The ones that voted no are the 40 minute early brigade and trainee wannabe managers.

Or the ones with kids to feed that need every single penny. A lot of the newer staff are not financially stable and as much as theyd like to strike arent in a postion too.

I also have kids to feed and a mortgage. I also need every single penny. What I also have is morals, dignity and respect for my colleagues who are not only doing what they believe is the right thing to do for themselves but also the right thing to do for everyone!! Their colleagues AND families!!!! If you need every penny now how much would you need them if RM get their way and shaft you because mark my words, you'd be even more financially in trouble then!!!!!!
