Where are you working, don't know where you get your figures from , where I'm working we must be solidarity because everyone is OUT! Don't they know the severe repercussions is we fail to let the management realise that we are not settling for these draconian removals of our conditions..........

Luckily only 2 of my office are up for striking, the rest have said they are going to carry on as normal.
As you can see from the date stamp, there were 5 days between those posts, and my office had an adult disccussion about it in between, as no hard feeling was aparent on either side some people came to the conclussion they couldnt afford to loose money and have decided to report for duty.

Im sorry you feel that way on a discssion forum. Maybe after the strike dates it will be easier to find out which offices opened and worked and which didnt.Woody Guthrie wrote: ↑17 Aug 2022, 16:24The guy's an attention seeker who posts s**t to try to be "controversial".

I wish any office striking well, but not all members of the workforce are in a good enough financial postion to take action, no matter how much they wish too.

Re: Royal Mail Strike Plan
Why do offices have so many hire vans?
Why don't the agency/managers just use the RM vehicles which will be just sat doing nothing anyway
