Royal Mail Strike Plan

Post by Woody Guthrie »

Apologies for the poor quality.
Maybe Postman's IT guy can do something with it.

They would be better off just not delivering a single thing on strike days rather than get managers and agency to try and cover for us. Tracked and specials are going to end up all over the place and complaints will skyrocket. Look forward to watching this mess unfold.

I love it when a flow chart makes everything come together...

Upper management speciality. Not any old dog's body could formulate such a thing you know.

:chuckle

My office has several rental vehicles parked up now. There's a few long wheelbase high tops too, perfect for inexperienced drivers to grind up some walls in this rural singletrack area, even many businesses that we collect from have tight areas. Going to be some serious vehicle damage claims coming in.

How are managers supposed to carry out table top revisions without any real support or any involvement from the OPGs ( due to current IR situation) take into account that a large % of managers are new to these units and are unfamiliar with routes...seems we are setting them up to fail

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
