As previously mentioned DPD already do this, and yet again RM are so slow to the market. Yes it could work, yes it's good idea if done well, but also yes a soaking wet postman who is rushed off his feet trying to do this isn't going to become bode well with customers. You say why rush, just cut off, again, not good for business.
These people up top really have no idea how it works on the floor. Spending far too much time in meetings and analysing other companies, except netflix it seems.
Netflix was never a great company. They started out as dvd rentals and got lucky with the streaming move. If they knew what they were doing they would have evolved already and not lost those millions of customers.
