I wanted to take 2 weeks holiday to cover some sick time but i was short of 3 days. My manager at the time stated i could use 3 days from my next entitlement because it was the middle of march. Is this correct because now another manager is now disputing this.

I was off on sick and then returned to work but i required a work plan but my manager could not accommodate so told me to go back on sick but i asked if i could take holiday

How long were you off sick for?

thats a medical professional job
if you got a fit note they have to comply
going off sick again will count as 2 absences

Have to disagree on this one as the employer can decide to ignore a Fit Note from your doctor being advisory. A chit from a specialist such as a Surgeon/Consultant is another kettle of fish being experts in that field of medicine.

If reasonable adjustments with a back to work plan cannot be accommodated, then the employee is not fit to work and has to go back on the sick.

No all leave must be accrued can you not take it unpaid and work some other days off to recoup the shortfall?
