Personally, I will be going over my time and banking hours ALL YEAR, especially if these changes come in.

So come Christmas pressure the company will owe me, like, 1 or 2 weeks worth of time off work. Couple of weeks holiday in December then, or what?!

Nice thought but you KNOW there's no way banked hours will be that useful. It's like being given store credit.

After last year's botched revision, my duty is way over time on delivery.

Managers know this, and it is due to lose a big chunk in the post-revision review. But that probably won't happen now.

I can't imagine duties will get more manageable if RM bring in all this change.

Ours is a disaster still , bits of walks handed over to other walks miles away . Revision,,,change for the good, faired equal walks . Its done the oppposite and were near in pressure period

Probably comes from the early starters/no breakers and those that go over and don't claim OT just to keep the peace.

By the time Special Deliveries are processed there will around 20 minutes to go out and complete all 9am Specials in the area where I am. Aint happening.

I can only hope (for the sake of the employees still left at RM) that the government and regulator come down on them like a ton of bricks. Once they lose a large portion of their workforce there's no coming back.

Having a quick flick through the list it seems that the DOs locally will basically be an hour later start, so I'd imagine that for us in the MC it'll also be an hour later start times

I hope so but the implementation of later starts might take a bit longer.

It seems we will probably be starting later. Maybe not a what it says on the lists but there will be some ‘compromise’. Which usually means we will be getting stitched up.

Not necessarily... This is nothing new to what Rico wanted... He never got it in. It isn't a foregone conclusion. Granted this seems to have taken a step further along the lines of possibilities but the business will be shooting themselves in the foot in terms or delivering products early the next day. It is pie in the sky to think we will be able to turn up them go straight out on delivery... The shareholders and powers that be will drag the senior management back if these ideas are are not beneficial to the companies potential profits
