This is disgusting.

Honestly, there's something seriously wrong with the senior management culture in this country.

They see the workforce as a problem to be solved rather than the company's most crucial part. An asset to be squeezed and wrung dry to enrich the already wealthy people who own and run the company.

Some of these gifters, charlatans, failures and sociopaths could do with getting some advice from James Timpson on how a modern, successful company should be run.

Stick your letter where the sun don't shine, "Si". See you on the picket line.

"Around 70% of our absence is from 25% of the team. That is not fair."

Not fair, should we share out the illnesses? Do you wish to pull a sicky?
Due to the inadequate rehab plans imposed by managers on your return to work no doubt.

Royal Mail is like a low end football club: bring in a new manager for an exorbitant fee, let them dawdle about blaming the players whilst only making changes that harm the teams morale, make a few contentious statements to the media then pay them to leave before repeating the cycle.
Let’s pray when Si has gone we don’t have our big Sam moment.
he's going to No10 downing st :Very Happy(big Sam i mean)

Rehab? When I had three months of with stress I was told by the DOM that I wasn’t entitled to rehab and the rep agreed with him. Glad I transferred out two months later.

Super Si obviously thinks we are thick as s***! He gave an unnecessary £400M to shareholders, refused to discuss or offer a proper pay rise, awards himself and his cronies 6 figure bonuses then tells us we are the problem and what he wants to F*** us over for to improve the situation…….. then announces we are loosing £1M a day. Brilliant executive logic and a special special kind of man! Unreal and unbelievable
