Terrys just done a video. we cross the picket line and we in no way suport the unite strike as it may invalidate ours.
I was going to do that anyway.

100% we cross.

I'm not going into the office to perform the work that they perform so there's no reason not to cross.

Unlike when we've formed picket lines and they've gone through and then performed our work.

I will cross and have a couple of extra tea breaks and chats to mates to try and make up for the shortfall left by Managers

Grunwick wasn't our dispute yet we supported the workers and respected their picket line and not crossed.
Social Care workers -it wasn't our dispute but when they have been on strike we have respected their picket line and not crossed.
The BBC/journalists - it wasn't our dispute but when they have been on strike we have respected their picket line and not crossed.

Now it is OK?

Secondary picketing is illegal since 1987.

Respecting a picket line is not secondary picketing.
Secondary picketing would be picketing Amazon warehouses while we were on strike and asking their drivers not to take parcels to our mailcentres.

Depends if you do overtime or cannot complete or any other number of reasons why you did not deliver all the mail and lapse?

Most long term posties manage themselves. Most days I don't speak to any managers. It's so common to leave mail in that we don't even have to mention it on a daily basis. We just take up to our time. No point in paying overtime, the old mail gets cleared and it builds up somewhere else

Not all managers were balloted....it was only those in deliveries so, I suspect, there will be managers crossing picket lines as they will have no legal protections if they don't as they weren't balloted.

Certain union reps within Sheffield mail centre are advising the members to not cross the picket line, some of these reps obviously don’t listen to Pullinger.

Ahh, I see. Someone needs to correct him as Royal Mail will need absolutely no encouragement to take action against the union if any members give them an excuse to.
