Got to say if it wasn't for keeping up to date on here and a text out of the blue last week I wouldn't have known anything about a ballot. Not a mention from our reps and I work in a large office by the way.

Probably you will get a better offer by hanging out till the 17 of July as the CEO is desperate for a blow jo just to swing it his way but you never know, Personally it is up to you how you vote don't vote or the time to vote or spoil your vote no pun intended just vote!
