Nope. Prep our own duties. Always have. Part time duty of over 30 hrs a week. 8.20 start time today on a Wednesday.
If you need pressure overtime at this time of the year to complete your duties, why isn't an increase in your contracted hours been raised by your rep?
Or why isn't some of the prep being done before you start?
Since the wonderful revision at our place we've been given many more duties to fit into the same or even less time than we did before covid, as I'm sure eveyone else has with their revisions. We're sticking to our guns and working to our times and hopefully management will concede that our duty isn't the part time duty that i signed for. But again, the early starters that work for free make all this extra work seem possible. The managers won't do anything about this as it suits them obviously.

Business as usual at ours.

Early sorters in & extended being booked
“Shorts,in this weather?!”

“If they’re bills I don’t want ‘em!”

“What’s she been ordering now?”

I like it & hope it continues, we worked bang up to twenty two minutes past two & headed back to the van & returned to the office with the last few loops, strangely the two longest serving posties brought there partner back to the office & went back out to complete, not sure if it was a deal with the DOM or they like working for free?
Get all the tracked done?

No ban in my Office. I wouldn't suspect some grand conspiracy theory.

There's over a 1000 DOs and they've all got different budgetary restraints. Different Managers who try to do things differently. I'm sure there would be a Letter To Branch if RM had declared a Country Wide OT ban. STOP STRESSING guys ... enjoy the Sunshine. :cuppa

Still no heard anything up here. I would guess it’s what some area managers try every year

Nothing in ours. Extended 2 hours today as it suited me (unexpected bill  & a strike looming :nana ) and the manager was effusive in her praise for me offering to clear and assured me she had no problem with me booking whatever it took.

sounds like you are being paid part time wages to do a practically full time job.
According to the workplan yesterday my duty would take 14 minutes to prep the sequenced and 2D2D and 19 minutes to do the manual including parcels.

That's 33 minutes to fully prep a duty.

Ignoring the fact that their figures are dubious prepping your own duty does not equate to the difference between a part-time duty and a full-time duty, practically or otherwise.

Everyone on the OT ban is paying for the ghosting which is back with a bang in our office. It's a funny old world.
