Just tell Ofcom what's going on. Understaffed all the time.... allegedly because they are purposefully understaffing us to save money.....then pretty much every week each one of us has to take out 2 days mail after coming back from our day off.
Should be fined for this. Our customers deserve better, we deserve better. We know our own post for our own houses is being delayed almost every single week.
A duty not covered one day gives the postie a double load the next, RM saving money as it is cheaper to do that that employ enough people. I am quite happy to tell the people I deliver to exactly what is going on, a lot are pretty shocked but realise it explains why their deliveries are random.

The situation will only get worse as overtime is not paid and strikes loom from not just the workers but management at the greed of the board of RM. They even put the price of first class up 10% so they could pay themselves before the s**t hit the fan but without the puppeteer who pulls the strings what do the muppets do now without BORIS!
