Do all delivery offices open at the same time?

The phrase move the delivery operation back by up to 3 hours has made me ponder what is possible.

Do all d.o's nationwide use the same operation hours?

For instance im in a small d.o,and we open for FT staff 6am-2pm ( but have been known to flex 30 minutes each way), do all d.o's do this or are your hours vastly different.

The full-timers in my office start at 7.30am. We do long and short days, the shortest is until 2.30pm, the longest until 3.30pm. We're a long way from our mail centre.

7am for the FTs in ours. PTs are on varying start times right now depending on workload.

We are 7.10 for 3 light days and 6.40 for the rest, not that you would know it as I went in to do a 5.40 prestart the place was almost full

Although start times for some are 5.00 5.30 and 6
Every day as they can’t get the mail through without
Overtime
So much for falling mail volumes
And they will push for overtime every day if later starts introduced
To ensure people are out on streets longer while the ones in early get to f**k off home early

The same way they do now. Simply add on 3 hours to your starting time.

Wow, we're 7am every day except Tuesday 7.30 varying attendances so finish times vary on different days, weds/thurs being the longest, is your finish time the same every day then with those wildly differing start times.

Earliest start time is 0649, latest finish time is 1430 depending on the day etc - part timers start 6 hours before the full timer's finish time.

3pm finish Monday to Friday 2.30pm on a Saturday

How can they still be advertising jobs on the website with shift times of 8am-3pm if they intend to shift them back, shouldnt they be freezing recuritment?
