The person listed as having cancelled the order wasn't any manager from the MC so would have been a regional manager
It's actually a bod from the uniform supplier.
To get around that all you have to do is put torn/damaged in the box.
It isn't questioned.
The COM gets a comfirmation email.
They might if they're really bored wander down your aisle and ask you what happened...
I doubt it.
