IHR

Post by johnboy999 »

I notice that the 34 week payment as part of the IHR is under attack in this new announcement. I'm in the process of going through IHR as we speak and like a lot of people who are too ill to continue in the job I've used up most of my sick allowance. Am I understanding it right that if you've used up 26 weeks sick that they will only pay 8 weeks IHR instead of 34 weeks?

This is a potential proposal nothing more.
It's a long way from being anything else but reading into it I think it could end up with just PILON.

The business is killing it's people, I know of loads off sick, with physical and mental health problems, me being one of them..

New recruits leaving just a after 1 week, because it's too much...

There be no one left in delivery soon.. and the company want to introduce even more draconian changes.. doomed..

Absolutely on all points.

As always RM are 5-10 years behind the times. Back then you could get people in easily but now jobs are so easy to come by nobody wants to put up with this company’s “culture”.
