So Simon, you want us to start later soon with your new proposals and to be out in the sun from let's say 11am to 3pm which is the hottest time of day.

I wish I could get 3.6% wage increases from April on a £500k+ salary and £142k special bonuses for ideas like this.

But clearly not during the summer months whenever it's sunny/hot, at present most delivery rounds in my DO finish by 2pm, so we miss the mid afternoon heat during a heat wave, start an hour or two later and we'll be expecting to work when it's unbearably hot in future.

My office (and many others, by the way) has had a 3pm finishing time since P&L came in. This was 12 years ago in our case.
