Well, this imposed pay deal of 2% has all the hallmarks of P&O policy on how to treat your staff!! Wonder if they spoke to the ex Royal Mail boss who now sits on the P&O board?? As I said…all the hallmarks.

I can see a mass exodus of posties leaving delivery.. going else where.. other companies will treat them better..
