Apologies, I thought I had posted it earlier.

So what is the latest deal on the table ?

Seen the 2% no strings from Terry P (25/5) which is the last video of him stating this but still see other deals around in the media and on here like 2% with another 1.5% with strings.

So where are we really ?

If they introduce the pay rise by executive action, do we then go on strike because we've been given a pay rise?
I don't see why anyone is surprised by today's announcement.
It was always a possibility.

they've done this before. about 10-15 yrs ago we got an 11 pound pay rise without consulting the union. they just bypassed them, can't remember what the union said or done. anyone remember?

Been a postman for 35yrs an cant recall this? Around this time CWU/postmen were accused of been greedy and not accepting a 14% Pay rise by some media, it was a small pay rise but RM were incorporating some allowances into it

I think they threatened it but pulled back at the last minute.
They did impose a pay deal on us in 2008.
It was 0%.
Not sure if that counts.

I would not call it a rise but a freeze but as it was that twat leighton he probably thought he was doing us a favour yet tomo turns up and get 3.6% and tells your only good enough for 2% thompson :thumbdown
