Think he's being a bit sneaky about the difference between an allowance and a supplement there because as far as I'm aware practically all of "our" front line delivery staff receive the delivery supplement.

It's a pretty weak differentiation and kind of shows the level of maturity we're dealing with.

Let's go one stage further and remove management bonuses because bar a couple of incompetent idiots practically no-one in my DO receives that.

id only sign it off if its the 9% inflation rate and no strings and another 9% if Sundays become compulsory,lucky im not Terry we would be striking a very long time.
