Currently doing a 4.30 delivery and at the end of the day I’m tired so I would never agree too this maybe the ceo should give delivery a go,

Would we have to move over to monthly pay if are hours per week were increased?
For minimum wage its worked out over the pay period so if we were doing say 50 hour weeks and still paid weekly we would be below minimum wage?
I don't know exactly if its worked like that or it can just be averaged out.But I remember searching because when working Wally weeks just wondered how much I was on ph.

Unless the company can find a way to make the pay process less of a ball-ache then absolutely not.

As someone who does the pay it’s easy to see how mistakes get made - having to transfer everything from paper, to one system that doesn’t work properly and then to another system that also sucks.

At least weekly gives us a chance to rectify mistakes in a way that isn’t going to leave people behind their bills.

Do one Thomo i will not be working a 10 hour day in all that s**t winter weather without a 25 % pay increase.
