It is the first re-pick since those guys have been in our office, cheers to anyone who can helpas i am having trouble trying to think of a few myself

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I have seen so many changes in my lifetime, some good and some bad, in order to survive you must adapt as quickly as possibly to your surroundings and circumstances, prioritise what is necessary for survival either as an individual or as a group - and sometimes a rotting carcase may be the answer - but a little over the top for the circumstances under discussion I think.

LOOK AT PEOPLES ALLOWANCES IN A REPICK THESE CAN OVER RIDE SENIORITY
IE: IF YOU HAVE BEEN RECIEVING DRIVING ALLOWANCE AND THE PERSON WHO
TRANSFERS INTO YOUR OFFICE DOES NOT THEN YOU GET TO PICK A DRIVING DUTY WITH
A ALLOWANCE BEFORE HE OR SHE CAN,EVEN IF THEY ARE SENIOR TO YOU .
IT IS IN THE MTSF AGREEMENT......

Yep thats correct,we have these duties in our office and they are RINGFENCED ,the holders can only come off if they choose or there duty is lost through a revision and they would then get that allowance for 3 years i think.
