Pay discussion for Parcelforce Worldwide, Fleet and Engineering
Further to communications you will have seen around Royal Mail pay discussions and yesterday’s update on CWU talks and the offer we have made, we wanted to let you know that these negotiations do not apply to colleagues working in Parcelforce Worldwide, Fleet and Engineering business units.
Parcelforce Worldwide, Fleet and Engineering are each a separate collective pay bargaining group, therefore separate pay discussions with the relevant CWU representatives will take place in due course.

Pay discussion for Parcelforce Worldwide, Fleet and Engineering
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Heard a rumour Parcelforce is being sold off in August hence why we haven’t been included in this years pay negotiations.

I think we’ve all felt uncertain about the future of Parcelforce since the days of Rico and TUPE. Also now with Royal Mail’s focus on Parcels it makes you wonder where Parcelforce stands within the group. Has anyone else heard rumours about August and a potential sell off?

Starting pay talks for Parcelforce Worldwide employees
I also want to let you know we have now begun talks with CWU to agree a pay deal for our Parcelforce employees.
We’ll update Parcelforce Worldwide colleagues as soon as we can.
Scheduled talks for a pay offer for Fleet employees
Finally, we have also arranged to meet CWU later this week regarding a pay deal for our Fleet employees, and the relevant changes required as part of that offer. Again, we’ll update you as soon as we can.
