Instead of accentuating the positives they are only accentuating the differences. Be you Gay, Lesbian, Black, Brown, White, Other (please specify so we can work out if we need to treat you differently) ... we are all Royal Mail workers who get the same old sh*t day in and day out. Will there be a Straight month soon or is that seen as offensive or divisive towards those who are not? Our union sits on it's hands while those whose diversity they seem to be promoting lose their jobs. Well, at least they lost them not because of their background or sexuality, but because our union wasted resources and time on something they neither wanted or needed. Something they'll be glad about when signing on....
