The changes we want to discuss with the CWU and get an agreement on as a business can potentially be dealt with through the pathway to change or by some other means of consultation.

But some of the proposals have been in discussion, but haven't been reached agreement yet either kind of now or in the past, and others haven't been discussed at all, so as I say, there are meetings happening next week with CWU and the negotiating team so that they can work through some of these things.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
