So I got an email saying they couldn't offer me the job until I took my driving licence ect in, also received a phone call saying they couldn't give me a start date for the same reason, I took all my stuff down to the depot, they photocopied it and I left.. one week later I received a email saying "unfortunately they couldn't off me a position because of higher scoring people" even though I was told the job was mine! I rang up and the recruitment looked into it, she came back to me a few hours later, and said apparently the decision came from the higher ups, to remove the actual position? Ridiculous, good job I didn't any notice in isn't it.. apparently my name is good for 3 month, and if I apply for the same role, I won't have to interview for it, I'd just be offered the role.. doesn't sound correct

Whilst the higher ups deny it's the case it seems there's been a complete block been put on recruitment, reading between the lines this could be due to new recruits potentially getting new T&C's, given Terry P's comments after his pay review meeting.

Nothing that we can elaborate on as Terry just said in a video that RM was looking at a two-tier employment structure and a reduction in T&Cs.

A reduction in T&Cs for new starters?

Think I've seen and heard enough about RM to now accept a job elsewhere after only a few weeks....sad as I enjoy the actual job but have had enough of the lies and incompetence of so called Managers, Payroll/HR who can't even get peoples contracts right, don't pay correctly, attempt to fob you off hoping you'll just go away and just generally detached from employees concerns and feelings.
It seems like a constant battle and they think it's ok to try and reassure me by saying new starters have been in similar boats since they started at the beginning of Feb No mate, that just makes it worse...

It now looks like things will only get worse so I for one won't be staying around to find out...
