Where to go to view my pension?

Hi,

I joined Royal Mail 3 year ago and have been paying into a pension for 2 years. I have no idea where online I need to go to view my pension. Been wasting so much time just trying to simply view the details....

-Tried downloading People's app, but think my iPhone 6 doesn't work with it... (no idea if we can view pension there).

-Went to RMDCP website.... seems there is no login there.

-Scottish Widows website has a login for Money4Life. Is this it?....

I have never logged into this before, they state that I should have been sent a username and password ages ago, which I was, but the password on the letter was ********, so seems someone forgot to insert a password when sending out the letter....

I will email them.... what info would they need to locate my pension so they can send a new password / username to my address? Do I just need to send them my pay number?

Yes it is the money4life page that you log into. I didn't have my login details but rang them and after a few security checks they were able to send me the relevant details to get going so better off ringing than emailing probably.

I know of deaf posties, they won't have that option as obviously they can't hear the phone.

They should also have sent you an annual statement each year through the post, it's normally dated as at 31 March each
year, so we (if you're in the RMDCP which I believe you will be) should be getting another one soon.

When you get logged in try not to get too excited by the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow........
