Revision. How has this happened?

In the meeting I had with the 'revision expert', he got a phone call and was talking to another revision expert colleague and they were saying something along the lines of having too much work to do and not enough time to do it in and they will do what they can and what will be will be, saying they had to do a revision here there and everywhere without enough time.


Again. In my Mail Centre most rounds didn't need touching or only needed slight adjustments, it doesn't need some guy on a computer to map out the whole round again. In my Postcode it would have been simple to tweak the 30 rounds for someone who has been a reserve doing them all over a 2 year span. At the end of the day they are not all going to be perfect as long as they are not so short people are daily finishing 15+ mins early or 15+ mins late then that's good enough. It's the round that are 15+ mins out either way that need the adjustments, and surely the managers and the posties can work that out.
