There's a new one creeping in, "Your team", as in, "Tell us, how YOUR TEAM is handling the challenges that flexibility brings, and how you and YOUR
TEAM meet these challenges head on." These middle class numbskulls are laughable, they think the gobbledegook they speak will catch on with down-to-
earth working men and women. Like bollox it will.

just parroting off what Old St have told him to say , you can actually see Leighton mechanically pausing when filmed when he throws in "our people "as a "afterthought " , from my experience in a ex state industry , the managers were openly vindictive and hostile with that macho style ,and never bothered with that middle class waffle .

Obviously they're pushing for Team Leaders and working again ., don't worry Hayes & Ward will be there for us all! LOL Team Working is just sugar to swallow s**t with .They want you all softened up with the stuffing knocked out of you for privatisation , turning the clock back 80-100+ years or so like Pinstripe says .

Represent the Royal Mail brand by wearing your uniform with pride and help us fix quality by giving us your thoughts and ideas.

It is very difficult for honest hardworking men and women to be proud to wear the uniform of a company that treats its staff with the utter contempt that :lfo and :cfo do.
