I've just been taking pics of the parcel with the closed front door and it's number. I know it's not the correct procedure but quite frankly, with all the other s**t that goes on in my office, I don't care. I know my customers and I know who wants a packet/parcel left behind their plant pot on the front doorstep and who doesn't.
