I think our ceo should just apply for a job at dpd or amazon. It would be a wish come true for him. Leave us alone. If he wants to be another dpd he should introduce different delivery options a customer should choose. Like delivery to a safe place where he accepts responsibility or another address like work place or a collection point, ie post office. People who will not choose anything and won’t answer you just take a parcel back with no card but an email instead requesting to book redelivery or nomination of a different delivery place/address.

Better fill my pockets with 739 cards then and start explaining to customers that the safe place they've had their parcels left for the past 10 years is no longer safe and that they'll have to fetch them from the DO or ask for a redelivery.

Also look at cutting off more often because of the added work load.
