No one is paid for D2D, they are paid a Delivery Supplement.

Part timers overtime for the hours to take them from contracted to 37 hours should be paid at SSPR and that includes the Delivery Supplement. That means a part timer doing 37 hours is paid the same as a full timer doing 37 hours.
Delivery supplement is related to contract hrs. 30hr contract will get same delivery supplement if they have a 30 hr week or do 7 hrs overtime, this doesn't change.
Wrong, you are paid sspr which includes extra for the delivery supplement up to 37 hours
I stand corrected, it's within the overtime rate up to 37 hrs ,just not itemised as delivery supplement. Question for part timers, what rate is the average hrs holiday pay paid at? Say you average 7 hrs overtime a week, is the holiday pay worked out at sspr rate too? Cheers. I've only just gone full to part time.

From the FAQ's in Holiday Pay in the app:
Why might my arrears payments be split between pensionable and non-pensionable lump sums?

Recognising that, where part time employees are a member of a pension scheme, their part time overtime (SSPR) is largely pensionable, a decision has been taken to make lump sum holiday pay arrears payments pensionable as well. This means part time employees will pay pension contributions at the prevailing rate at the date of payment, whilst Royal Mail will similarly make employer pension contributions on the same basis
On your payslip (at the time it was paid), you just see a single lump sum, whereas if you go into the app and if you qualified you
click into each qualifying period payment you will see how much of the holiday pay was pensionable and how much not.
