yes we are looking at this at the moment and the aim is to build the activity time and frequencies into GeoRoute going forwards
So even if we assume in a fantasy world every single round in RM can be completed within the set hours (and yes I know only a tiny percentage can be)....this means going forward every single rounds will have calls removed to take into account this extra ‘activity time.’

Anyone had phase 2 implemented yet and if so any response/info from management about increased workload? I do up to 120 tracked packets a day and they make me take exactly my hours on the route optimiser even though I’ve told them it already takes longer than the PDA estimates because of traffic/739s/neighbours etc.
What's happens if you take over your hours, do you complete the delivery in your own time?
As far as "Phase 2" I can't see how RM can ever implement the changes, as it would make most postie's rounds impossible to complete if they stuck to the rulebook.

A decision has been taken today to delay the next phase of CPOD- T24 & 48 [non-signature] for 48 hours to increase the number of OPG's fully up-skilled.
We are currently sitting at 81.2% and this time will enable us to move forward and get a lot more colleagues through.
