Holiday pay query

Hey guys girls quick question regarding holiday pay so I know we get paid twice a year 6months October - March then March -

Is it right two weeks is max payment in a 6 month period how’s this work if first part of the year your off for 3weeka then second part of the year October- March your just off one week u only get backpay for a week ?

Or is this equalised over the year for the 4 weeks

The current process (until RM IT sort their lives out and program the ZX81 payroll computer correctly) is that
it is assumed you take 2 weeks in the first 6 months and 2 weeks in the second 6 months (or 3 and 3 if you're an
old sweat).

Allegedly when IT do sort out the programming, the holiday pay will be based on when you actually take the leave.
