Taking a buy down of hours

Post by madelin4 »

Hi, Has anyone taken a buy down of hours at there own wishes from royal mail? If you wanted to move office and as most moves are part-time would they be happy to move you to your requested office even if you are on the sick stages?

I know they dont do moves while on the stages , but if it was a buy down and they save money do you think they would be happy to do it?

Many thanks for any help.

Well I took buy down nearly 2 years ago but remained in the same office.

I couldn't be certain but I would imagine the buy down would have to benefit the office you are employed in and a move wouldn't enter the equation.
