Not yet. I am going to apply for POAL for the first time & will scan & post when the new form is available.

You have got time to apply as the form states;
PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM TO YOUR LINE MANAGER BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE
OF 28 FEBRUARY 2021.
PS ...If you have applied before you do not have to apply again.

Any update on this rogersh?

I want to do it for the first time this year too and am getting palmed off between my line manager and DOM support.

You know the kind of thing...'he needs to do it", "no, he needs to do it" then a week goes by and I remember to ask again and restart the process again.

I mean, how hard can this be? :arrrghhh

Crimson King, Have just read your post & seen the document has been provided (with the facility to adjust the date) . I have downloaded what has been provided by CharlesG, but was going to pursue in January when the 22/23 form should be available.

Note; Date has to be changed in FOUR places.

It’s not hard at all, they’re just fobbing you off.
When I did it a couple years ago. I just text him one afternoon, he said we will look at it when I’m back, and we did it when I got back took less than 5 mins. Then it just continues each year unless you change/cancel it.

Rogersh...

Got told today it can't get entered on the PSP until January. As Wolf91 says, feels like I'm getting fobbed off.

Well, next Tuesday will be January so I'll either be getting answers or just going to HR.

The current form has a deadline date of the 29th February. As you are aware the holiday year runs from the 1st April. I intend to submit my form in a couple of weeks. Hopefully you will resolve your issue.

PSP was probably closed for any changes at the time due to having to run the payroll at a different time from normal with the combination of the Xmas and New Years weekends
