Last year some staff at our RDC were moved to Sunday to Thursday shift.
Will an alternative lieu day be allocated for employees who have Friday (3rd June) off?

It's a bank holiday so yes or day back in lieu.

Thanks rambo, I will pass info on.
Of course the issue still pending is whether Saturday (4th June) will be deemed as a non-service day?

What was the arrangements for 2012 Diamond Jubilee ?

If you had a saturday off surely then it could be replicated for the Platinium Jubilee ?
In 2012 the bank holidays were on the Monday and Tuesday with the Monday being the official Jubilee day I think so the situation isn't quite the same as this year where they are on the Thursday and Friday.
