Re: New start
I think unfortunately the answer is no, I'm pretty sure someone mentioned on here that they missed out on the payment for periods p1-p6 because they also started part way through.

Re: New start
The periods are fixed and you have to do at least 8 hours overtime in every one of the periods to qualify for payment at the end of the six periods. As you started in P9 you don't qualify as you will have zero figures for P7 and P8.

Re: New start
The only way you will get holiday pay for those periods is to put in a claim to the Employment Tribunal for unpaid holiday pay/unlawful deduction from wages.

Re: New start
How is it that both RM and the CWU seem to be fine with agreeing a holiday pay regime that doesn't comply with employment law? Or am I just naïve?

Not naive at all.irishgerry wrote: ↑30 Jan 2022, 09:21How is it that both RM and the CWU seem to be fine with agreeing a holiday pay regime that doesn't comply with employment law? Or am I just naïve?

Although the CWU pulled out, some claims are still heading to the Tribunal in April so we should get a ruling to bring to RM in line.
